Jim Phillips spent more than 25 years in the corporate world and answered God’s call to “spend his life on behalf of the poor and needy”. In 1993 he became the Director of Love Truth Care Ministries, serving the hungry and the poor of Honduras & Central America. In 1997, Jim and his wife Ouida led their first mission team to Honduras. Now, 20+ years later, by God’s grace they have facilitated over 200 teams and helped establish five ministries to empower Hondurans to serve their people for Christ.
