Packing Check List
Identification: ALL team members must have passport.
(make 2 copies to carry in suitcase and one for your fanny pack)
Application and All Release Forms
Must be turned in prior to departure or you will not go.
Parental/guardian release form parents of participating minors
Fanny pack (for carrying original passport & copy, hand sanitizer, etc.)
Hand sanitizer a must (3 oz. Bottle for fanny pack and larger bottle for refilling) 3 oz bottle can be carried on… Larger bottle needs to be packed in checked bag.
Wet wipes (alcohol) or antibacterial gels (optional)
6 pair of scrubs
Wash cloths (hotel provides bath towels & hand towels… Have to request wash cloths)
Personal hygiene items (if carry-on must be 3oz or less in one- 1 qt zip lock bag); larger sizes need to go in checked bag.
Extra toothbrush (a number of people will unconsciously stick their bush under the running water to rinse)
Comfortable shoes for travel & ministries tours and shopping
Plastic bag(s) for dirty clothes and shoes
Rain poncho or small umbrella
Ear plugs (your roommates may snore)
Sunglasses, sunscreen & hat (for outing Friday afternoon & Sunday)
Insulated water bottle w/strap or belt attachment
(optional; we will have plenty of bottled water)
A cozy is helpful to keep drinks cool and help identify your drinks
Prescription medications (carry-on in additional 1 qt. Zip lock bag just in case your suitcase does not make it)
Casual clothing for shopping & tours (capri or knee length shorts)
Camera, film, & batteries
Bible/ devotional books
Cautions
Avoid colognes and items with strong odors due to allergies
